Carol began her professional life as a high school math teacher.  After teaching for four years, she decided to further challenge herself by going to law school.  Campbell Law School prepared her for a purposeful life of leadership and service.  As PENC's Executive Director, Carol will serve as the liaison between you, the member, and PENC's lobbyist, Evelyn Hawthorne.  She will also represent PENC at the State Board of Education and on various education-related committees.  

Bill is a retired Health/Physical Education instructor and Athletic Administrator.  His 29 years of service to the teaching profession will prove to be an asset to PENC.  He will serve in a management role for the home office and be involved with recruitment and membership.  In addition to his day-to-day duties he will also serve on the Recruiting and Scholarship Executive Board Committees.

Sandy comes to us with a wide range of experiences in education and the field of communications. She will be working to provide you with relevant and important updates and information. She will also be working to update our website and develop more efficient and effective ways for members to connect and communicate using social networking media.
